Grid Style Tray - Always Show Label

Changes the tray menu to be grid-based, the names of apps always shown - with settings to customize this theme.

UPDATES: (6/23/25) >

• Fixed padding issues so now, scrollbar will no longer appear with default configurations (custom configs, please be mindful)
• New method for layout to solve overlaping name issues.
• Text display and layout are forced so other themes that try to modify the layout dont mess it up ( Like OnyxToolbar hiding the names. )
• Added a few new options, cleaned up the base a bit and restructured the settings.

Note: For compatibility with other themes, things like bg, border, color, etc. are untouched. This theme only changes the layout and needed things.
