Windows Style (Grid) Tray Menu - Always Show Label

Changes the toolbar's system tray layout to the windows grid style with added animations on hover for the icon and text.

• Various options are now customizable from with seelen settings! Check second screenshot.

• For compatibility with other themes, things like bg, border, color, etc. are untouched. This theme only changes the layout and needed things, so there is no theming.

IMPORTANT:

• IF for some reason you have an issue with another theme, or if this doesn't seem to work, ENSURE that this theme is above any theme that modifies related parts in the "Active Themes" list so that this theme overrides what needs to be overridden.
