This theme modifies the Seelen UI start icon for a new one which looks like a galaxy and that is animated, this theme is based on @k-ivy's Windows 10 Animated Start Icon.   1. ダウンロードとインストール Seelen UI
  2. アプリが起動していることを確認する
  3. 上のダウンロードボタンをクリック
  4. Seelen UIを開くためのブラウザのプロンプトを承認する。
  5. インストールはアプリが行います。
  6. それだけだ！
