Windows Style (Grid) Tray Menu - Always Show Label

Changes the toolbar's system tray layout to the windows grid style with added animations on hover for the icon.

• NOTE: For compatibility with other themes, I have not touched any options like bg, border, color, etc. This theme only changes the layout and needed things, so expect no theming (this will not change).

IMPORTANT: IF for some reason you have an issue with another theme, or if this doesn't work, ENSURE that this theme is above any theme that modifies the toolbar in your "Active Themes" list in settings so that this theme overrides what needs to be overridden.
