Indiviually Color Each Toolbar Module

Indiviually color Each Module of the toolbar. That includes coloring every Workspace Dot, Number, or Name, diffrently.

• And you can make Plugin Modules able to be colored from this theme's settings by swaping the ID of your plugin with a pre-defined one (20 Slots).
