Compactable Media Player (Dock) & Player Filters

By default, the theme makes the Dock's Media Player compact so it only expands when hovered + fills the thumbnails of it and the media module's player (Topbar) to the available space with light filters applied

• You can as shown in the images, make it so the Dock's Media Player is Always Expanded (by matching the widths of the unhovered and hovered states).

• You can also customize all the filters applied.

• I will add mtl translations via the new Resource Creator Tool sometime soon.
